Gabby was knowledgeable and very helpful through the whole process and answered any questions I had in short order. I ended up changing my mind on several add ons and she took care of everything right away. The parts desk was extremely helpful as well and got me set up with a spare belt and several storage options for the machine. They took the time to show me the options they had in house and what they could order.
